My name is Paul Magy. I am an attorney in Michigan and a synagogue lay leader who enjoys Torah Study, volunteering and teaching others. Adat Shalom Synagogue in Farmington Hills, Michigan offers a Torah Study shiur (interactive study) every Shabbat and I hope to promote that through this blog.  Since we began this blog, our Torah Study has grown and all are welcome.  From time to time, this blog also promotes other Jewish programs of interest in the Metro Detroit Jewish community. Our Shabbat Torah study is very friendly and informal. All are welcome. You do not have to be a regular attendee to try it out. This blog is a completely private and voluntary effort on my part to promote one of Adat Shalom’s best offerings to people I know, respect and think might enjoy this very special hour. Adat Shalom is blessed with some very talented and spiritual educators who make the Torah Study relevant, interesting and meaningful.  We are blessed with the opportunity to learn with them.   Be a part of our special community.
